School Cleaned Up
The first floor of the school building [is] now being cleaned up and the walls are being whitewashed and a new glass has been put in the back door of the audortium (sic). This work is being done by the W.P.A. workers and it certainly does help the looks of our school building.

New School Song
Margie Blanton is worthy of all the praise we can give her, for the new school song she composed. The old song was discarded because it was difficult to sing and a new song was born and adopted by the majority of the students of the school. This is an honor that comes only once in a "coon's" age, so we are thankful that Cliffside School possesses such talent within her bounds.

Class News
The Senior Class is this year printing thier (sic) year book on the Mimeograph Machine which we print this paper on. By doing this the seniors will have a year book and at the same time have something to show some of thier (sic) work that they did at dear old C. H. S. This year we have thirty three Seniors. This is one of the largest Senior classes for C. H. S. in several years.

The Honor Column
Viginia Guffey I can think of no girl more worthy of this honor column than Virginia Guffey who is an "A" student. Virginia does any work given her without thinking of the honor she might receive. She is loyal, dependable, and willing to cooperate in every way she can. Virginia is really a senior who is an example for the other students.
