Announcement: Harris Reunion - June 14, 2008

The children of Roy and Charlotte Harris will be holding a cousins reunion at the fellowship hall of the Fairview Missionary Methodist Church on Saturday, June 14, 2008 at 2:00pm. We want everyone to know they're invited no matter who invites them. Stay as long as you like, walk to grounds of the old farm of E.C. and Hannah Harris down to the river.

We will have photos from the past that we will be giving to cousins. We will also have a scanner there to scan your photos. We want to share the treasures of our father and mother with everyone. Love through photos and video was their life's work.

DVD's and CD's of collective works will be available for a fee a $10.00 each to help cover the costs. Photos and video will be on seperate disks. The disks will be a mixture of old black & white photos to newer color photos. CDs/DVDs of new material will be made at the reunion for $5.00.

Please bring any photos you may have to share with others or even to give to others. We want this to be a time of celebration of who we are and where our families came from for the future generation to enbrace. No cousin is too distant by blood or marriage, invite them all. Information cards will be given to everyone to complete so we will have a better way of contacting you for next year's reunion.

Please bring a picnic basket of food and drinks to share with others. No heavy foods, lite picnic type foods and drinks. Plates, fork & spoons, cups and ice will be provided. Bring a chair, you may want to carry it with you to different areas during the day.
